Friday night the mixed pairs were played. I paired with Dave Smith.
The format was best of 3, 501. We struggled through our first game, but we won. Phew... :)
Our second game was a bit better and we won this as well. Third round was a bit tougher, but we managed to win it. (Sorry, can't remember the names of the people we played)
We lost the board final to Pam Hind and her partner. Nothing went in for us, but last 32 anyway. :)
The finals will be played on Sunday. Ross Montgomery/ Zoe Jones vs Scott Waites/ Dee Bateman.
