On Saturday the One80 Luxembourg Open 2018 Singles event took play in the D'Coque venue in Luxembourg City.
The temperature inside the venue was about as bad as outside. So another day sweating our asses off. The organisation had agreed though to let everyone play in shorts during the floor games throughout the weekend due to the extreme temperatures.
My first game was at 12:25H on board 40 against Jessy Devisscher.
Not nearly as good as the Friday night, but good enough and I won 4-0. Very glad that I could go upstairs again for a drink. There wasn't much cooling off outside either as there was hardly a breeze outside.
Next game was at 13:35H against Aileen De Graaf. Neither my 20's or my 19's went and I lost 4-0. Everything I hit Friday I missed Saturday. :(
End of the ride with a joint 17th as result.
Jessy Devisscher vs Kathy Geeraerts: 0-4
Aileen De Graaf vs Kathy Geeraerts: 4-0
