Finally arrived in Hotel Dobosz in Police, Poland.
This weekend the Polish Open and the Police Masters are being played. Tomorrow the warming-up pairs, Saturday the Polish Open singles and on Sunday the Police Masters.
My day started pretty early today; 04:00H to be exact. Been a while since I had to get up that early. I left home at 04:55H and headed to Brussels Airport to catch my flight to Warsaw. I arrived there with a little delay, but I had nearly 8 hours to kill before I could take my connecting flight to Szcezcin anyway...
I basically spent most of the time reading and walking up and down the airport. Tried a blackberry latte. Not bad, but not really my thing.
Arrived at Szcezcin airport around 19:00H and took a taxi to the hotel. The same taxi is picking me up Monday morning. He offered, so who was I to argue.
Anca was already here when I got to the hotel. I checked in and then had dinner. Shouldn't have had the bruscettas though. Way too much garlic.
They dropped off an entire football team when I arrived. And some of them are on the same floor. QT's some of them, but they had better not keep me from my much needed (beauty) sleep. ;)
Luckily I've got my ear plugs with me though. Lol.
