Sunday we played the Police Masters 2013 with 327 men and 78 ladies. Again round robin for everyone.
This time I was in a group with Steffi Lück (D), Daria Tragarz (POL) and Malgorzata Zielinska (POL). I won all my games and thus was first of my group and yes; through to the last 32. Felt good and I made up for Saturday. :D Daria was 2nd and thus also through.
In the last 32 I had to play against Marene Westermann (D). I had trouble with the ockey and lost 3-0. She lost the semi-final to Irina Armstrong. She wasn't playing very well in the first leg either, but then she found her trebles and I didn't. :(
I shouldn't have been bothered by the fact that the ockey was too far to the right, but I did.
Ladies singles were again won by Deta Hedman. (Defending champion) She beat Irina Armstrong 5-1 in the final.
Men's singles were won by Darryl Fitton. Runner-up was Jan Dekker.
Boy's singles were won by Joshua McCarthy. 2nd win of the weekend. Runner-up was Erik Poliak (SVK).
Girl's singles were won by Lidia Koltsova (RUS). Runner-up was Sarah Rosen (SE)
