Today the singles are being played. We are all starting at noon. Or at least; we're supposed to. We started with a little delay.
The boards were divided up into several rooms as the third floor of the hotel is where the meeting rooms are. They put up the sheets next to the boards and you had to go check on which board you were playing.
I was on board 38. I was the second game on the sheet and I played against a girl named Sofie. I won 3-0. Played a brilliant game even though it wasn't necessary. No pressure I guess.
I played Maud Jansson next and lost 3-0. I couldn't hit a treble to save my life it seemed. Thrown 'em all away in my previous game. Did get 9 darts to go 1-1, but was very far off. As if my arm was blocked or something. Don't know. Too bad because Maud was actually the toughest cookie on my sheet. :(
Went out for Chinese with Rachna David, her friend Vidar and his girlfriend Linda. It was a buffet actually. Pretty nice and I had sushi!! Don't get a chance to have it that often 'cause most people I know don't like sushi.
Went to the movies with Rachna in the evening. :D Some little old school movie theatre.... Interesting.... :D
