Good morning from the island of Jersey where the Target Jersey Festival of Darts is being held.
Arrived here at the Best Western Royal hotel yesterday afternoon. Lovely weather here yesterday.
Last night there was the Channel Islands Open Championship (double in, double out) for the men and a seperate money in/ money out tournament for the ladies. Also double in/ double out.
Anneke and I went to fill out a registration form for all the events. I didn't play last night because they'd forgotten to put me on the list. Always happens to one player. Tonight it was me. Not hapy about it, but, mistakes do happen. They refunded me. Told them I would be checking for every event if I am on the list 'cause all hell will break loose if I'm not.
The ladies' final was won by Fallon Sherrock. Anneke Kuijten was runner-up.
The men's was won by Paul Brown. Martin Atkins was the runner-up.
