Had a good night's sleep and I was ready for the pairs.
Only 21 ladies pairs and again round robin. I played pairs with Kimberly Bogemans. Also from Belgium and one of our top players.
We won our games in that. First game after the round robin we won 3-2. We were 2-0 up but than gave away 2 legs due to missed doubles.
Our opponents in the next round gave up halfway through the first leg. Too bad because we actually preferred to play, but Priscilla didn't want to continue.
Next game we were up against Aileen De Graaf and Sharon Janssen. We won 3-0. We both played really well. This was the semi-final.
We lost the final 4-0 on stage. Not enough trebles and missed doubles because we did get chances, but didn't take them. Real shame because if both of us had played the way we had been before we would have won without a doubt.
All in all I am happy about the way we played together. We had never played pairs together before so we did really good. :)
