I arrived in Hull on Monday, October 7th for the World Professional Play Offs and the Winmau World Masters Darts Championships. These will be played in the Sports Arena on Wednesday and Thursday and in City Hall Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
It is always nice to see all the players from all over the world which you don't meet at other tournaments. Like the Americans, Australians and Japanese etc...
Everything went really well whilst warming up. Had a really good feeling, but somehow things went totally wrong during the game.
I played Ann-Loise Peters from Denmark in the first round and lost 3-0. Didn't even see a double. I played an absolutely horrible game. She played brilliantly. She made it to the semis, so yeah...
Hopefully I will play better tomorrow.
